our personal worlds re-align for full access to clarity
and understanding, if we are aware and listening…
The planet Mercury is appearing to move backwards (retrograde
on March 2 to March 25). This means ‘old news and
issues’ becomes ‘new news and issues’
again. So we get to choose, AGAIN, whether we REALLY want
‘IT’ in our lives or not. A clean sweep of

'Instant Obedience to The One' - You hear the
message within your mind. The inner voice says, 'take
your coat with you'. You dismiss the thought and leave
your coat behind. An hour later, there you are, wishing
you had your coat. You tell yourself, 'I knew that!' Somewhere
during 1998, I got tired of hearing myself say 'I knew
that!' So I coined the phrase, 'Instant Obedience to The
One." 'Instant Obedience' for short. The point was
to re-train myself to give instant obedience to the prompting
of the inner voice that I had come to recognize as the
Creator, the One.
Striving to set life to your own parameters instead of
the Creator's. Striving to live life completely by your
own terms. Instant obedience means that you follow your
inner guidance that leads you in the direction the Creator
wants you to go. You agree to live by the Creator's Will
and not your will. Instant obedience means that when you
hear your inner wisdom voice, your higher self suggesting
to you, initiating a desire within you, you retrain yourself
to do it the first time without question…'Instant
Obedience to The One'.
This alleviates the struggle that come with choosing your
own path instead of listening to the word of God within
you and reading the signs and choosing to immediately
act upon the thought. Which can be as mundane as 'bring
your notebook'. What do you keep experiencing and then,
hear yourself saying, 'I knew that!" Instant obedience
is hearing the inner voice and immediately acting upon
instructions given.
Learn to recognize and know the difference between your
higher self whispering guidance and your ego shouting
demands.

'Confused And Don't Know What To Do?' - Understand
this. Most likely you are not really confused or unsure
about what action step to take. You only tell yourself
that you are confused because you want to be nice and
you don't want to hurt someone else's feelings. Sometimes
you don't even like that person and still, you torture
yourself with feelings of confusion and guilt. The bottom
line is: Do you hurt or disappoint someone else OR do
you choose YOU and take a stand for deliberately directing
your own life? Think about this and where you can apply
this wisdom in your life today.

what you are creating in your life. Are you happy with
the way things are going? Are you conscious of what you
are 'drawing' to yourself? Pay attention. Where are your
thoughts leading you and is that where you want to go?

'Name Your Fear – Now Let It Go!' –
What are you afraid of? What is the worst that can happen?
Answer these questions. Out loud and honestly. Now, having
spoken it aloud, feel it. Really know it. Now, take three
deep cleansing breaths and let the fear go to the center
of the Earth for neutralizing. Bye-bye. Now, three more
breaths, beauty breathes (releasing your air with a sigh
of relief). As you breathe in, fill yourself with the
Golden Amber Honey Light of the Creator and breath out
the grey stagnant air. Be at peace. You were made for
this! There is no lack. Only your belief in fear and the
fear of it.

quartz it is…with the addition of the star. The
star represents the light within that must be found, acknowledged
and embraced for you to move into your own power and place

‘You Are The Cup’ – This analogy
is Rule # 2 in my book, Save Your Self First. Here it
is: “You are the cup. It is your responsibility
to fill up your own cup. You do not drink from someone
else’s cup. You do not let others drink from your
cup. You fill up your cup by giving time to your self
every day. You establish and maintain a healthy relationship
with your Creator daily.” Daily meditation and contemplation
fill up your cup. Regular self care. Eventually, after
time, you are giving and receiving daily, the blessings
of spiritual well being. “Your cup runneth over.”
(and continues to do so, because you continue to give
to your self.) Eventually, the constant continual inflow,
creates OVERFLOW, causing your cup to ‘runneth over’.
( You didn’t think it was real did you?) It is this
overflow that you gift to the world at your choosing.
This overflow is pure unconditional love in its highest
vibration. The supply is endless. There are no strings
attached to your giving. You have found your self and
given generously. You love your self. YOU ARE THE CUP!

'Worry Is Prayer For What You Don't Want' - Through
the years, I have learned to understand the energy of
prayer. It is a focused energy created by focused thoughtforms.
Years ago, an epiphany came to me. It was this: The act
of worrying creates the exact, same focused energy that
the act of praying creates. Wow! What a mind blower! Worry
is really a prayer of focused energy, hoping for, what
I don't want to happen to happen. Whoa! Knowing and understanding
this has been my greatest tool in retraining the 'worrier'
in me. When you find yourself worrying, ask a simple question.
"Are these thoughts what I want to happen in my life?"
